National Journal for Legal Research and Innovative Ideas (NJLRII) is a peer-reviewed online journal on law and multidisciplinary issues published quarterly. The aim is to promote research work, enhance legal academics, legal awareness in the society and to promote original legal writing among law students and young academics. Also, to focus on bridging the gap between research and practice and Implementation of new and varied techniques of learning.

About the Event:

Etymologically, the word Tark-Vyuh is composed of two words"Tark" , a hindi word which means "Argument" and "Vyuh", a hindi word which means "Array or Phalanx". Hence , the word Tark-Vyuh signifies "Array of Arguments". The primary objective of this competition is to generate effective critical thinking into primary issues in the given topic. It is virtual open debate  competition and would be conducted through Google  Meet on 22nd–23rd August 2026, 09 AM Onwards in Hindi and English Language.  Each edition presents participants with motions that reflect the complexities of the modern world, encouraging them to move beyond opinions and engage with evidence, logic, and diverse perspectives. Through this process, TARK VYUH seeks to cultivate not only skilled debaters but also informed citizens capable of contributing thoughtfully to society. As TARK VYUH 6.0 unfolds, it continues its commitment to fostering a culture where dialogue inspires understanding, disagreement encourages learning, and every argument becomes an opportunity for intellectual growth.

Preliminary Round Topics

Participants shall debate on one of the following motions:

1. THBT the platform economy creates more precarity than opportunity for workers.

2. THBT the use of artificial intelligence in criminal justice poses a greater threat to

justice than it offers benefits.

3. THBT governments should be held accountable for failing to protect women from

gender-based violence.

4. THBT individual identity is shaped more by social conditioning than by personal

autonomy.

5. THBT reservation policies should continue in competitive examinations.

Participation Guidelines

 The competition will be conducted entirely online via Google Meet.

 Participants may debate in English or Hindi.

 Each participant must register individually through the official registration form.

 Registration shall be confirmed only after successful fee payment.

 Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the

competition.

 The Organising Committee decision regarding scheduling, results, and procedural matters shall be final.
