Hon'ble Justice K. D. Shahi is former judge of Allahabad High Court. His full name is Justice Kaladhar Shahi. He is a man who is known as the legal encyclopedia in himself. He is LLB (Gold Medalist, Gorakhpur University) and LLM (Lucknow University). He has authored many books named Digest on Consumer Protection Act, Digest on Divorce and Matrimonial Laws. He is revising author of Princep's Criminal Procedure Code.

 

Dr. Mary Lou Bryant Frank, Visiting Professor, Brenau University, Mercer Law School, Middle Georgia State University, and Mykolas Romeris University

Dr. Mary Lou Bryant Frank, Ph.D., M.S., M.Ed., is a psychologist, court approved mediator, mediation trainer, author, and consultant. She is co-founder of the consulting group Transforming Mediation, LLC and has served as a university vice president, dean, professor, fellow, and adjunct professor. She currently teaches at Brenau University, Mercer Law School, Middle Georgia State University, and Mykolas Romeris University. Her text, “The mind of a peacemaker: The psychology of mediation” is going into its 3rd edition and was listed by Book Authority as one of the top books in conflict resolution for 2022. She publishes in national and international journals and textbooks on peacemaking, psychology, negotiation, and mediation and serves on international boards and organizations supporting mediation. She served as president of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution; received numerous awards for teaching, community service, leadership, and diversity; an international honorary doctorate from the University of Georgia in Tbilisi; and has provided conflict resolution training in over twenty countries.

 

Dr. Cholaraja

Dr. Cholaraja M. Assistant Professor, Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi

Dr. Cholaraja M. is an Assistant Professor at Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He obtained his LL.B., (Hons) degree from Pondicherry University, Dr. Ambedkar Gov’t Law College, Pondicherry (currently Puducherry) in 2010. He completed the LL.M two years’ program with specialization on IPR & Corporate Laws in 2012 at the Deemed University of Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. In particular, his course work at ILI was focused largely on law of Intellectual Property Rights, Bankruptcy, Online-Contract issues, Arbitration and Information Technology. He also took courses in Comparative Constitutional Law and Comparative Jurisprudence. He submitted his dissertation titled ‘Legal Regulation of Unfair Terms in Contract: A Comparative Study of India, UK and USA. He is a PhD holder with JRF & SRF (UGC-RGNFD) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi where his Ph.D. topic was “Digital Rights Management in Copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights” (title and theme ideas provided by Hon’ble Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam former President of India). He has presented papers at national and international conferences and has published in the area of IPR, corporate law, Information Technology, constitution, jurisprudence and inter-disciplinarily in Intellectual Property Rights, before making the transition to academia. Doctorate with sound knowledge and expertise on Copyright laws having about 6+ years of teaching experience. He is also the President of Nanuneethi Free Legal Aid Awareness Organization and National Advisor for the Youths United Council of India. Cholaraja M. will be teaching Moot Court, Mock Trial, Internship and Professional Ethics and Advocacy to the Final Year (three years) students and Constitutional Law I– II to the LL.B., (a mandatory course) in the Fall Semester of 2022.
