Mr. Jayant Bhatt is a first-generation independent litigator based in New Delhi. He has completed his masters in American and Asian Business and Trade Laws from New York University and is also an alumnus of the National University of Singapore.

Sir has worked with Clyde & Co.’s Dubai office for more than 2 years before returning to India. He branched out into his independent practice after working in the chambers of Mr. Amit Sibal, Mr. Shivaji M Jadhav, and Mr. Rashid Hashmi for a few years. Now he is the founder of Chambers of Jayant Bhatt

Dr. SHAHAB is an Assistant Professor of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He received his Ph.D. in International Environmental Law. Besides his Ph.D. and LL.M., he has also earned a few more scholastic credentials to boost his academic pursuit. He has a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) from MICHR-URC, ITALY, PG Diploma in Mass Communication, Dip. in West Asian Studies, Dip. in Bahai Studies and Dip. in Evangelical Studies to his credit. Dr. Shahab is a full-time academic professional with over 12 years of teaching, industry and research experience.

Before joining Aligarh Muslim University, he worked as a Senior Faculty at the Presidency University in Bangalore for a brief period of time and as an Assistant Professor of Law at the Maldives National University in the Republic of Maldives for 6 years. Prior to that, he worked as Lecturer in Law Colleges in Meerut and also acted as a Law Officer in a Delhi-based MNC. Dr. Shahab is an ardent academician in legal studies which is evident from his publications, conference papers, keynote speeches and presentations. He has published nineteen research papers and five book chapters so far in journals and edited books of national and international repute. He has presented his research at thirty-seven conferences, symposiums, workshops and seminars at local, national and international levels. He had been invited to speak in France, Spain, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka besides different institutions in Maldives and India. One of the key achievements of Dr. Shahab is that even being an Indian, he was chosen to represent the Republic of Maldives at a Climate Change Conference in Bangladesh in 2018. On the work front, Dr. Shahab Shabbir has supervised 33 LL.M Dissertations so far, equally in India and Abroad and he has a Major Research Project too to his credit, the report of which was submitted to the Government of the Republic of Maldives through the Maldives National University

Dr. Shahab claims his expertise in the Jurisprudential studies of the Environment, Outer Space & Moon, Media and Medical Laws. Currently, he is working on two books and several research papers related to his asserted areas of expertise.

Mr. Akhlaqul Azam has been teaching at AMU,Murshidabad Centre since August 2014 as Assistant Professor of Law. His teaching and research area includes Constitutional Law of India, Criminal Law, Criminology and Penology and Human Rights. He has full time research experience of 7 months in the field of criminal law. His research papers has been published in many renowned International and National Journals on various diverse topics ranging from Rights of Refugees to Environmental Law. He has been enrolled on the Roll of Bihar State Bar Council and has past experience of Litigation as advocate at Patna High Court. He has qualified JRF. conducted by UGC. In addition to his teaching experience he has discharged other important functions ranging from In-charge, Moot Court Committee to Legal Cell at AMU, Murshidabad Centre.

Anviksha Pachori is an Assistant Professor and Head of Campus Recruitment Committee. Ma'am is Head of the Centre for International Humanitarian Law. She has completed B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in 2015. Ma'am is a gold medalist in her LLM specialized in International law pursued from Indian Law Society 2015-17. Her research interests include Public International Law, Private International Law, International Criminal Law and Human Rights and International Humanitarian law. Ma'am has been a part of various research projects run by institutions and organizations.Ma'am has been awarded with Career Influencer Award under chapter V of Golden aims award for leadership in Education, also been bestowed with lifetime membership of Indian federation of quality education council (2020).

Dr. Kalpeshkumar L Gupta is a law teacher and researcher. Currently he is Associate Professor of Law at Parul University , Vadodara (Gujrat). He is a Ph.D. in Law from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat which is among the top five law institutes in India. He is a former Academic Associate at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). He did his Bachelor of Commerce and Law, Master of Law (Business Laws) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat, Master of Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Karnataka, Company Secretaries (Executive Programme) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Ahmedabad University. His area of interest are Corporate Laws, Right to Information Act, Court Management, Entrepreneurship, General Management, Public Policy and other allied subjects. He has been delivering guest lecturers at Law, Management and Commerce colleges and various institutions in Gujarat and other states. He has participated in 60 plus conferences, seminars, workshops and presented 25 plus papers in various National, International Conferences and Seminars. He has been actively involved in campaign of awareness on Right to Information Act and he has conducted many workshops/seminars at state and national levels. He has proposed a unique model of National Court Management Authority for Indian Judicial System to reduce the backlog of cases and proper management in the system.

Mr. Asif has been teaching at AMU,Murshidabad Centre since 2013 as an Assistant Professor in Sociology at Department of Law. His teaching and research area includes Sociology of Law, Basic concepts and theories concerning the law and society, Society and Economy, Social and Cultural Anthropology. He has full time research experience of six months in the field of 'Economic Sociology' at Department of Sociology,A.M.U. Aligarh as 'Junior Research Fellow'. He has published many research papers on diverse issues.

Dr. Anurag Sharma is  currently working as a Professor/Principal in Vivekananda College of Law, Aligarh & Dean (Admin) of all the four colleges of N. L. group of Colleges. Sir has experience of teaching law for more than 2 decades. Sir has also served as Lecturer in National Institute of Law , Faridabad (Presently , Institute of Law & Research). Dr. Manvendra Singh is Assistant Professor of Law at Sharda University, Greater Noida. He did his Doctorate in Law from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has also completed his B.A.LL.B & LL.M. from the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. His areas of specializations are Constitutional Law, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, and Criminal Law. He has published extensively in the field of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, International Law and Environmental Law in reputed National and International Law journals. Sir has began his academic  career as a research assistant  and later lecturer in the department of law DDU University Gorakhapur,  in 1998. During 1999- 2003 Sir has served as Guest Faculty in the Department  of Law , Agra College ,  Agra. At present Sir is holding the post of  Associate Professor  in the Department of Law S.V. Ms. Shagufta Yasmin has been teaching at Aligarh Muslim University, Murshidabad Centre since August 2017. Her teaching and research area includes Family Law, Labour laws, Tax Laws and International Law. She has one year teaching experience in the session 2016-2017 as Guest Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi before joining this University. She has been enrolled on the Roll of Delhi Bar Council. Her reasearch paper has been Published in International and National Journals as well as in Edited books. She has Qualified CBSE-UGC NET Exam in June 2015 and January 2017. She is also the Incharge of Pleading and Drafting Commitee and members in Cultural, film and Drama Club and ADR Committee.
