The National Journal for Legal Research and Innovative Ideas (NJLRII), a peer-reviewed online journal on law and multidisciplinary issues, invites original and unpublished scholarly contributions for publication in Volume 6, Issue 4.
NJLRII seeks to promote original legal scholarship, strengthen legal academia, enhance legal awareness, and bridge the gap between legal research and practice. The Journal welcomes contributions from law students, academicians, research scholars, legal professionals, advocates, and researchers from allied disciplines.

NJLRII does not restrict submissions to a specific theme. Contributions may address any contemporary or significant issue relating to:

The Journal particularly welcomes submissions offering critical legal analysis of contemporary developments, legislative reforms, judicial pronouncements, emerging legal issues, and interdisciplinary questions with relevance to India.
CATEGORIES OF SUBMISSIONS
• Short Articles: 1,500–2,500 words
• Long Articles: 2,500–4,000 words
• Case Comments: 1,800–3,000 words
• Research Papers: 3,500–10,000 words
• Book Reviews: 1,500–3,600 words
All word limits are inclusive of footnotes.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• The manuscript must be original and unpublished.
• A manuscript must not be simultaneously under consideration by another journal.
• Only one submission should be made by an author at a time.
• Submissions shall be subject to the Journal's editorial and peer-review process.
• Authors must adhere to the prescribed formatting and citation requirements.
• The Journal follows the Harvard Bluebook, 20th Edition, citation style.
• Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc) format.
• Submissions in PDF or hard-copy format shall not be accepted.
ABSTRACT & MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE
An abstract of approximately 100–350 words may be submitted along with the manuscript.

REVIEW PROCESS
NJLRII follows a Double-Blind Peer Review Policy. Manuscripts are subjected to editorial screening and, where appropriate, forwarded to qualified peer reviewers for assessment of originality, depth of research, legal and factual accuracy, analysis, structure, and contribution to legal scholarship.
