NJLRII is an national level quarterly published peer reviewed online journal on law and multidisciplinary issues published quarterly. Hon'ble Justice K.D. Shahi (Former Judge, Allahabad High Court) 

Hon'ble Justice K. D. Shahi is former judge of Allahabad High Court. His full name is Justice Kaladhar Shahi. He is a man who is known as the legal encyclopedia in himself. He is LLB (Gold Medalist, Gorakhpur University) and LLM (Lucknow University). He has authored many books named Digest on Consumer Protection Act, Digest on Divorce and Matrimonial Laws. He is revising author of Princep's Criminal Procedure Code. 

Dr. Mary Lou Bryant Frank

Dr. Mary Lou Bryant Frank, Ph.D., M.S., M.Ed., is a psychologist, court approved mediator, mediation trainer, author, and consultant. She is co-founder of the consulting group Transforming Mediation, LLC and has served as a university vice president, dean, professor, fellow, and adjunct professor. She currently teaches at Brenau University, Mercer Law School, Middle Georgia State University, and Mykolas Romeris University. Her text, “The mind of a peacemaker: The psychology of mediation” is going into its 3rd edition and was listed by Book Authority as one of the top books in conflict resolution for 2022. She publishes in national and international journals and textbooks on peacemaking, psychology, negotiation, and mediation and serves on international boards and organizations supporting mediation. She served as president of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution; received numerous awards for teaching, community service, leadership, and diversity; an international honorary doctorate from the University of Georgia in Tbilisi; and has provided conflict resolution training in over twenty countries.
