Swiggy and Zomato In Distress: GST notice of ₹400 crore sent to Zomato, ₹350 crore to Swiggy

 

The Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) has sent a ₹400 crore Goods and Services Tax (GST) notice to Zomato, the largest player in India's online meal delivery business, according to CNBC-TV18, which cited sources.

The DGGI has handed Swiggy a ₹350 GST notice, the news channel added, citing people with knowledge of the development.
