The CLAT is a national-stage admission entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) regulation programmes provided through 22 National Law Universities in India. Several associate universities and colleges additionally use the CLAT examination for admissions and recruitment respectively.
"The exam is conducted only ONCE for admission to each Academic Year. No additional, second, or any other CLAT examination shall be conducted for admissions in programmes commencing in the Academic Year 2023-2024," the Consortium has said.
